Good
Nice hotel in a good location. Staff were very helpful. It’s a little far from the centre but Rome has good transport options so it’s easy to get around .
We accidentally booked a room without air conditioning and the room was extremely hot and uncomfortable and we could hardly sleep. The hotel provided a fan however given it was summer the room was still too hot. This was not the hotel’s fault though as they made sure we were aware the room didn’t have air conditioning prior to our arrival. They suggested we upgrade our room however by the time we realised the issue all the air conditioned rooms were booked. So i would just recommend you ensure you book a room with air conditioning!!

Wonderful
I was traveling with my child. My child fell ill, had a high fever. The hotel staff helped me, they called an ambulance. I thank them very much.
